About Us
In October 2008, Power in Praises Deliverance Ministries(Pipdm) was founded as a beacon of hope in an increasingly turbulent world. Rooted in unwavering faith and the unadulterated teachings of God’s Word, our ministry was birthed with a profound sense of purpose – to spread the gospel far and wide, sparing no effort to rescue the lost souls of world.
At the helm of this divine endeavor stands Bishop Jermain McLaughlin, a steadfast leader and our spiritual visionary With dedication, he oversees a network of eighty churches spanning Canada and beyond, with the unwavering support of his wife, Elect Christina McLaughlin, and our esteemed host pastor, Pastor Marcia Wynter, guiding the ministry with wisdom and care.
Our ministry is not just a congregation; it is a tight-knit community where bonds are forged, and hearts are united. We achieve this through a variety of outreach programs, including provisions for the less fortunate and dedicated efforts to guide and inspire our youth. As a collective body, we operate under the banner of the five-fold ministry, viewing ourselves as soldiers on a sacred mission. Our ultimate aspiration is to uplift, motivate, and transform all those we encounter, leaving an indelible mark as we relentlessly pursue the assignments bestowed upon us by the Lord.
Furthermore, at Power in Praises Deliverance Ministries, our calling extends to the realm of deliverance. We are dedicated to setting people free from the shackles of bondage, liberating souls from the clutches of darkness. In every way, our ministry is a testament to the power of praise, the strength of community, and the unwavering commitment to fulfill our divine calling.
What We Believe
In the resurrection; eternal life for the righteous and eternal punishment for the wicked.
In the second coming of Jesus; to resurrect the righteous dead and to be caught up to meet Him in the air.
In the Lord’s Supper and washing of the saints’ feet.
In divine healing and deliverance.
In water baptism by full immersion.
In speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.
That holiness is God’s standard of living for His people. In sanctification subsequent to the new birth, through faith in the blood of Christ; through the Word, and by the Holy Ghost.
That all have sinned and come short of the glory of God and that repentance is commanded from God for all and necessary for forgiveness of sins.
That Jesus was crucified, buried, and raised from the dead, that He ascended to heaven and is today at the right hand of the father as the Intercessor.
